Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

The Optimistic Oyster is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If you experience an issue with your shipment, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can assist with a resolution.
